1. Acceptance of terms
By using the BELTRIP platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Platform.
2. Description of services
BELTRIP provides tools for planning tourist routes around Belarus, including an AI guide, interactive map, budget calculation and group planning features.
3. Registration and account
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- Creating accounts on behalf of other people without their consent is prohibited.
- We may block your account if you violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Prohibited:
- Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems.
- Distributing malicious software.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
5. Pricing and payment
The Platform basic functionality is free. Paid plans are activated after a verified payment in BYN. Refund terms will be published before real payment acceptance starts.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of information about sights, prices or schedules. Please verify the data before your trip.
7. Changes to the terms
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of changes by email or via an in-Platform notification. Continued use after such notice means acceptance of the new terms.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved in the courts at the location of the Tourist Information Centre for Belarus.
