This Privacy Policy describes how the BELTRIP platform (the "Platform", "we") collects, uses and protects the information you provide when using our services.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: name and email address at registration.
• Usage data: routes, selected activities, settings.
• Technical data: browser type, operating system, IP address.
• Geolocation data: only with your explicit consent, to determine the departure city.

3. How we use data

• To provide and improve the Platform's services.
• To personalize AI Guide recommendations.
• To send notifications (only with your consent).
• To analyse usage and fix issues.

4. Data storage

Most data (routes, settings) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not send it to the server without your explicit action. Account data is stored on secure servers.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Belarus or with your explicit consent.

6. Your rights

• Right to access your data.
• Right to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to delete data ("right to be forgotten").
