Payment, service delivery and refunds
Rules for paying for BELTRIP subscriptions, activating digital access, refunds and order confirmation.
After merchant activation, bank-card payments and ERIP, where included in the merchant agreement, will be processed on the secure WebPay payment page. BELTRIP does not receive or store bank-card details.
Payment methods
Payments are charged in Belarusian rubles (BYN). Available methods are bank card via WebPay and ERIP when enabled in the payment agreement.
How to place an order
Choose a BELTRIP plan and access period, sign in, verify the final BYN price and proceed to payment. The BELTRIP server creates the order number and amount and redirects the user to WebPay.
When access starts
Digital access is activated only after the payment provider confirms the payment status. The subscription and payment record then appear in the user account. A browser return to BELTRIP is not proof of payment.
Service delivery
BELTRIP is a digital service, so no physical delivery is required. Access to the selected plan is provided in the account after confirmed payment for the paid period.
Refunds
To request a refund, email beltripplanner@gmail.com from the account email and include the order/payment number and reason. Where a refund is required by Belarusian law, the service terms or payment-system rules, it is returned to the original payment instrument. Processing time is governed by applicable law, WebPay rules and the issuing bank.
Payment confirmation
After confirmation, BELTRIP stores the order number, amount, payment method and status in payment history. The sample below is a BELTRIP electronic order confirmation and does not replace a fiscal receipt where one is legally required.
Service price and currency
The final price before payment is displayed in BYN. Reference equivalents in RUB, EUR and USD may additionally be shown for non-residents.
