Payment and service delivery
Information about BELTRIP subscription payments and access activation.
Real payment acceptance has not started yet. This page is prepared for the WebPay connection; legal company details, final refund terms and receipt rules will be published before payments launch.
Payment methods
Subscriptions will be paid through WebPay by bank card or ERIP. BELTRIP tariff payments are charged in Belarusian rubles (BYN). BELTRIP does not receive or store bank card data on its own servers.
How to place an order
The user selects a plan and access period. For a group, the organizer can choose one payment covering the whole group or individual billing where every invited participant pays for their own subscription after signing in or registering. The order amount is calculated by the BELTRIP server and is never trusted from the browser.
When access is activated
Paid access is activated only after a confirmed payment result from the payment provider. Returning to a success page does not prove payment. After confirmation, the profile shows the current plan, expiry date and payment history.
Refunds
The final refund procedure, deadlines and grounds are awaiting customer approval. Real payments will not be accepted until the approved terms are published.
Payment confirmation and receipt
The process for issuing a cash/fiscal receipt or other payment document must be confirmed by the customer and payment partner. A sample confirmation document will be published before real payments start.
Service provider details
The customer has not yet provided the legal name, taxpayer number, address and other mandatory details. They must be published before real payments are accepted.
