About event
A traditional festival dedicated to the beginning of the grain harvest. Women in national costumes reap the first ears of grain with sickles, tying them into an ornate sheaf, which is considered a symbol of prosperity. The ritual is accompanied by authentic harvest songs, round dances, and treats of freshly baked bread from the new harvest. This is a vibrant and deeply symbolic event that preserves peasant traditions.
