The picturesque lake region opens the season with a large-scale culinary celebration dedicated to local fish. Chefs prepare fish soup using secret recipes, bake zander, and fry fresh eel right on the street. Guests can participate in culinary battles and learn how to properly fillet fish. The festival is accompanied by live music and an artisan fair on the embankment of Lake Drivyaty.
